Geospatial Analysis with Google Earth Engine

February 27, 2019 @ 2:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Rackham Building, Earl Lewis Room, 3rd Floor East

Google Earth Engine combines a multi-petabyte catalog of satellite imagery and geospatial datasets with planetary-scale analysis capabilities. This hands-on workshop will help you understand the power (and limitation) of GEE for carrying out an end-to-end analysis.

You should have some exposure to GEE and remote sensing. We will focus on contemporary environmental issues and learn how to carry out more advanced analysis and visualization in GEE. We will use the web-based IDE for the Earth Engine JavaScript API.
